Ironclad Claims Educational Consultation Commitment
Ironclad Claims offers a structured service guarantee for veterans who fully participate in the process as outlined.When you move forward with Ironclad Claims, you agree to complete the recommended steps, attend scheduled consultations, and follow through with any VA-requested exams (including C&P exams) as part of your claim process.
How the Guarntee Works
Our goal is to provide veterans with professional educational coaching and guidance throughout the VA disability process.
Initial Educational Consultation
If your initial claim results in a 10% or greater increase, the service is considered successfully fulfilled.
Second Round Educational Review (If Needed)
If your initial filing does not result in a 10% increase, Ironclad Claims will provide a second round of consultation and guidance at no additional cost.If the second round results in a 10% or greater increase, the service is considered fulfilled.
If No Increase After Second Round Consultation
If there is still no increase after the second round, you will have the following options:
Continue forward with a third round of consultation and guidance
Or request a refund in accordance with the terms outlined in your agreement
Third Round Election & Refund Waiver
If the client elects to proceed with a third round consultation after the second round does not result in a rating increase, the client acknowledges and agrees that they are voluntarily continuing services and waives any eligibility for a refund. The guarantee is considered fulfilled upon initiation of the third round, regardless of outcome.

Guarantee Limitations & Exceptions
Veterans Currently Rated at 90%
Due to the VA’s rating structure, moving from 90% to 100% can be significantly more complex.Ironclad Claims will still provide full strategy and guidance; however, a guaranteed outcome or refund does not apply in these cases.
Veterans with Other Than Honorable (OTH) Discharge
Veterans with an OTH discharge may face additional VA limitations that can impact claim outcomes.Ironclad Claims will provide guidance and support; however, guarantee eligibility does not apply with veterans with OTH discharge.
